Hoppy Cheddar Beer Cheese Dip
Take a dip into autumn with our cozy, comfy (and cheesy!!) beer dip using our delicious Hoppy Cheddar… Yum!

Ingredients:
3 TBSP Butter
3 TBSP Flour
1 1/2 Cup of Warm Milk
1 TBSP Grainy Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cups Shredded Hoppy Cheddar
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until combined. Cook 30 seconds, while whisking. Add the warm milk, whisking continuously as you pour and eliminating any lumps from the flour mixture. Cook over medium heat, whisking often, for several minutes until mixture has thickened. Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Slowly add the cheese, a handful at a time, and stir until completely melted. Serve warm with sautéed sausage links, pretzels, cornichons, or any other yummy pairings you can dream-up!!
