Herby Parmesan Ranch Pasta Salad

With garden herbs in full-season, we mixed-up this delicious, creamy Herby Parmesan Ranch Pasta Salad. It is the perfect addition to any summer barbecue or pot-luck! We hope you enjoy it many times over this summer. 🥦 🍅 🧅

1 Pound Cavatappi Pasta

1 TBS Olive Oil

3 Cups Broccoli, cut into small pieces

3 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved

1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced

1/3 Cup Gold Creek Farms Parmesan, finely grated


3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup Sour Cream

1 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice, plus half the zest of the lemon used

1 TBS Fresh Dill, chopped

1 TBS Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

1/2 TSP Onion Powder

1/2 TSP Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to Taste


For the dressing, purée the dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the cavatappi in a large pot of boiling, salted water until fully cooked (10 to 12 minutes). Drain and toss into a large mixing bowl with the olive oil. Cool to room temperature.

In the large mixing bowl, add the dressing to the cooled pasta along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well until everything is thoroughly coated and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
