Shipping Policy
It is Gold Creek Farms’ intention that our delicious products arrive at their destination in as perfect condition as when they left the farm. To that end, we ship via FedEx with typical shipping days of Monday and Tuesday. Shipping on these days ensures that your order will arrive on a weekday and not sit in an un-refrigerated warehouse over the weekend. Your order will be shipped with appropriate insulation and ice packs to ensure it arrives in optimum condition.
Orders are expected to arrive at their destination within 2-3 days of shipping. When your order has been processed for shipping, we will send an email that will include your tracking number.
If you would like your order to be processed for overnight delivery, please make sure you select that option at checkout. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please send us a message through our contact us page.
If your order is a gift, we recommend that you notify the recipient, who can then anticipate the delivery and refrigerate it.
Cancellations/Returns
The cheeses we produce are of the ‘hard cheese’ variety, and not easily subject to spoilage; however, every precaution is taken to ensure your product arrives to you in good condition. All cheese orders are shipped with ice packs and insulation to ensure they arrive fresh upon delivery. Please note, at the time of delivery, the ice packs do not need to be cold, nor the cheese. The ice packs have kept the cheese cold long enough for it to arrive to you in good condition.
If, however, upon delivery, your cheese is not pleasing to you, just let us know, and we will send you another order, or refund your money, no questions asked. Please contact us to report your incident and let us know what you would like to do.
