The Best Artichoke Kale Dip!
We are addicted to this delicious dip that features our creamy Aged White Cheddar and nutty Parmesan. It’s the perfect starter for a dinner party or for snacking on the couch. We hope you love it as much as we do! 🐮

Ingredients
One 14 oz can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
One cup frozen kale (thawed, drained, and chopped)
1/2 cup of sweet onion (finely diced)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 cup Gold Creek Farms Aged White Cheddar (shredded)
1/2 cup Gold Creek Farms Parmesan (finely shredded)
4 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients and refrigerate (this also freezes well in freezer safe containers). When ready to heat for serving, bake in an oven safe dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or heat stovetop until bubbling.
Chef’s Note: Mix it up by swapping the Aged White Cheddar for one of our flavored cheddars (we 💕 the Sriracha Cheddar in this!).
