Sriracha Cheddar Chive Biscuits
The weather is starting to cool down, and we think these delicious biscuits are the perfect side to just about any autumn soup or chili. Bonus, any of our other flavored cheddars work great as a sub. ☺️

Ingredients:
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Gold Creek Farms’ Sriracha Cheddar, Shredded
3 TBS Chives, Finely Sliced
3 TBS Salted Butter, Frozen
1 Cup Buttermilk
All Purpose Flour for Dusting
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place the self-rising flour in a large bowl and toss with the cheese and chives. Grate the butter into the flour mixture. Pour in the buttermilk and mix gently with a wooden spoon. Once the dough comes together, turn it out onto a floured surface. Divide dough into 8 equal balls and form into rounds. Place each round on baking sheet, and bake until golden brown (20-25 minutes). Serve with your favorite soup or chili and enjoy!
