Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos
Summer days are getting hotter, and we cannot think of a better crowd pleaser than tacos! This versatile recipe is great for large groups and leftovers freeze well, too. Salud!

Ingredients:
2 Pounds of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
1 Cup of Gold Creek Farms’ Bacon Chive Cheddar, Shredded
Flour or Corn Taco Sized Tortillas (we used flour for these)
Coleslaw, Sliced Red Onion, and Escabeche for Garnish
Directions:
In a crockpot, add the chicken, sprinkle with ranch packet, and place cream cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for six hours. Remove lid and shred chicken using two forks. Add Gold Creek Farms’ shredded Bacon Chive Cheddar and stir to combine. Heat tortillas directly on gas stove (or in a pan if you have an electric stove).
