Unlike most pepperjack cheeses that are young and mild, we age our jalapeño cheddar for at least two years. It develops a warm, nutty flavor that compliments its sweet and spicy jalapeños.

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, cultures, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, jalapeños
